We strive of course to let our guests go home with a satisfied feeling after massage. Unfortunataley that was not the case with you, after your relax massage on 13-03-2025. Hereby my apologies!
You wrote the massage started late and ended at exact scheduled time. Of course it can sometimes happen that a massage starts later, but then you should have the fully 60 minutes, and a later ending time. I will discuss this with the masseuse.
To compensate you, I offer you 15 extra minutes massage time for your next appointment.
You only can book this appointment by phone with our customer service. When you call them and tell them that have a compensation for 15 minutes, you don't have to pay for those 15 minutes.
